The Cisco SFP-10G-SR-S is the S-Class (Ethernet-only) version of the 10GBASE-SR SFP+ transceiver for multimode fibre. It combines an 850 nm optic and dual LC connector with reach of up to 300 m on OM3 and 400 m on OM4/OM5 at 1 W. It suits 10G links inside data rooms and between floors on Cisco switches where FCoE is not needed.
