Maxtor AP-306 is a thermal putty that replaces thermal pads where the gap between a chip and its heatsink is large or uneven. It combines 11.5 W/mK thermal conductivity with a soft, compressible, non-curing compound that does not pump out or dry out, is electrically insulating and works from -40 to 200 C. It suits PC and console repairers replacing pads on graphics card memory, VRMs, SSDs and laptop boards.
